Carry Me Away Tree with Joy sculpture on Brazil, Minas Gerias, Rubellite Tourmaline Crystals with Lepidolite within the matrix and yellow Opal, Quartz Crystal cluster, golden Pyrite Cube cluster, and green Peridot minerals added. 4" round Walnut finished wood base included.  A unique Rubellite piece, as it is shaped as a boat. Weighs 3lb and 12 oz. Size is 10" h x 8"w x 3"+depth. 4" round wood base included.

Metal sculpture primarily light reddish-brown, black roots and with highlights of white. The natural Rubellite and Lepidolite mineral features beautiful radiating long rich pink Tourmaline Crystals with chunks of Lepidolite within the matrix and small tiny flecks of mica.  Added to this piece, joyous yellow Opal and golden Pyrite cubes, both from Peru. Medium size Quartz Crystal cluster from Brazil, white base with clear Quartz towards the terminations. On the other side, rich gemy warm green Peridot stones from USA within the roots of the trees.

A joyous piece, as Rubellite represents the love of life and the other minerals are added to enhance that feeling.

The Loveland High Plains Arts Council in Loveland, Colorado is an amazing organization, managed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is supported by hundreds of extraordinary community volunteers and contributes a great deal to many in the community. It is a private non-profit organization, established in 1984 for the purpose of promoting sculptural arts for the cultural and economic benefit of the entire community.  The proceeds generated from the annual Sculpture in the Park show go towards the purchase of sculptures for Benson Sculpture Garden as well as towards the funding of park capital improvements and landscaping.

This extraordinary collection of art is situated around a lagoon in the midst of trees, flowers, and natural habitat areas. With the Rocky Mountains as a majestic backdrop, Benson Sculpture Garden has been described as "one of the most unique sculpture gardens in the nation". It has also been recognized as “one of the 200 most important modern and contemporary art sites around the world" and as "one of the 20 must-see contemporary art sites across the USA". It is open to the public throughout the year and annually this "public treasure" draws tens of thousands of visitors from around the world.
